摘要:
为实现单光纤布拉格光栅传感器对两个物理量的测量,提出等腰双厚度三角形悬臂梁结构,形成双等强度应变,既避免温度交叉敏感,又解决光谱波峰偏移问题。针对该光纤光栅传感结构的反射光谱进行波长分割,获得分离的小波峰,并针对小波峰寻找中心波长位置,获得可用于解调的中心波长信息,实现双参量传感信号解调。实验结果表明,相较于质心中心波长求解法和高斯拟合中心波长求解法,双斜线交叉中心波长解调算法能更稳定、准确地实现两个小波峰等峰,实现温度解调,误差小于1 ℃。
Abstract:
An isosceles double cantilever beam structure is adopted for fiber Bragg grating sensor to solve the problem of temperature crosssensitivity when single fiber Bragg grating sensors is applied for nontemperature measurement.It realizes double equal strain,so it can realize double parametric measurement to solve the crosssensitive problem of single grating sensor and no reflectance spectral deviation.Aiming at two peak of the reflection spectrum,the wavelength range is divided by the centroid threshold method,and the small wave peak is obtained.Then the double slash intersection method is applied to find the peak and obtain the center wavelength information which can be used for demodulation. The centroid wavelength solution algorithm and Gaussian wavelength solution algorithm are also used to find peak,then the advantages and disadvantages of several methods are studied.The experimental results show that the double slash cross center wavelength algorithm is more stable and accurate,and the sensing structure and its demodulation algorithm can effectively solve the temperature cross sensitivity problem of nontemperature measurement
