摘要:
应用SAMCEF软件对金属橡胶与圆锥动静压滑动轴承组合支承的Jeffcott转子进行有限元分析,得到转子一阶与二阶的临界转速和模态振型,并设计了金属橡胶与圆锥动静压滑动轴承高速转子系统。实验结果表明:临界转速实测值与理论分析值的差值小于2%,验证了理论分析的正确性;金属橡胶弹性阻尼支承相对刚性支承振动峰值下降了203%,表明新型金属橡胶组合支承具有良好的阻尼减振性能。
Abstract:
Jeffcott rotor system supported by metal rubber and conical hydrostatic sliding bearing was analyzed using finite element analysis soft ware SAMCEF,on the basis of which the first order and second order critical speed and modal vibration mode were obtained,then a highspeed rotor system supported by metal rubber and conedriven hydrostatic bearing was designed.Experimental results of the Jeffcott rotor system under specific oil pressure show that the difference between measured critical speed and the theoretical value is less than 2%,which demonstrates the validity of the theoretical analysis;in addition,comparative experiments were carried out for metal rubber elastic damping support rotor system and rigid support rotor system,results show that the vibration peak is decreased by 203% for metal rubber elastic damping support as compared to the rigid support,this indicates that the new type of combination support made up of metal rubber has good damping performance.
