摘要:
为了模型化和简便化地确定沥青混合料矿料级配的配合比,建立沥青混合料配料计算的超定线性数学方程组;根据最小二乘原理,结合工程的约束条件,应用最小平均误差方值作为沥青混合料配料的超定线性数学方程组解的判断依据,并利用Matlab编程计算出各种矿料的组合配比。工程应用表明,沥青混合料矿料的级配计算方法可以根据级配的目标值,较精确地计算沥青配料的配比,并给出误差限,满足沥青混合料的配料技术要求,实现了矿料级配计算的模型化和简便化。
Abstract:
In order to simplify the determination of the aggregate gradation of asphalt mixture,an overdetermined linear mathematical equations model of asphalt mixture proportioning was established.Matlab program was applied to calculate the optimal combination of various mineral materials,combined with the constraints of practical engineering.The minimum average error value with the least squares principle was used in judging condition of solution of overdetermined linear mathematical equations of the asphalt mixture proportioning.The engineering application shows that the calculation of the gradation of the asphalt mixture can solve the problem of the asphalt mixture accurately and meet the technical requirements of asphalt mixture.
